As designers of our own products, we pride ourselves on providing our own after-sales service. Indeed, it is essential for us to be in direct contact with any customer experiencing a problem. This allows us to receive precise feedback from our customers, to be as efficient as possible in finding a quick solution, and also to improve our production as quickly as possible.
We naturally keep all spare parts for our models in stock, from the most technical parts down to the smallest screw! We also provide our customers, or professionals carrying out repairs or maintenance, with the advice and instructions necessary for proper diagnosis and replacement of the part in question.
Our expertise, experience, and rigorous standards allow us to offer you highly competitive warranty conditions. These include a lifetime warranty on our frames (for private individuals only; frames are guaranteed for 2 years for professionals) and a 2-year warranty on all other components (including motors and batteries), excluding wear parts (brake pads and discs, chains, tires, inner tubes, handlebar grips, cables, and housing).
All our models have been intelligently designed to anticipate and facilitate future maintenance. The design is therefore very robust, and the components are of superior quality, ensuring near-total reliability. Whether for maintenance or in the event of a breakdown, each electrical component is easily removable by the user (simple fixing with Phillips head screws and quick-connect electrical plugs with keyed connectors), and our electronic system, equipped with error codes, allows for quick and easy diagnostics.
In the event that a customer is unable to carry out the maintenance or repair themselves despite our advice, we will take responsibility for finding a repairer close to their home to carry out the intervention (depending on the region, this may involve home repairers).
