We pride ourselves on delivering our tricycles fully assembled and ready to use. This operation is not as trivial as it seems; here are the details below:

• Aesthetic and functional inspection of the entire tricycle
• Checking the tightness of the screws
• Checking and adjusting the brakes and derailleur
• Installation of options and accessories
• Bicycode serial number marking
• Testing the tricycle in real-world conditions
• Packaging preparation (pallet and carton)
• Final checks, quality control and packaging of the tricycle

In addition to all this service, there are packaging and transport costs, which are very expensive because the packaging is bulky.

All these services (preparation, packaging, shipping) represent a significant cost for us but are essential so that you receive your adult tricycle in the best conditions.

Your satisfaction is our top priority, so we offer you this entire service free of charge!

We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
An order placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be taken into consideration on the following working day.

Information about the stock and availability of our tricycles is indicated on each product page.

After the tricycle leaves our premises, please allow 3 to 5 working days to receive your order at home.

For the shipment of our tricycles and in order to keep you informed about the progress of the delivery, our carrier partner GEODIS or KUEHNE+NAGEL notifies you by email or SMS at each stage of the shipment (collection of the package, arrival of the package at the agency…).

After the carrier takes charge of the package at our workshop, your tricycle will be delivered to your home in a maximum of 5 days* (excluding weekends and public holidays).

The carrier will keep you informed by email and text message about the package’s progress. Once the package arrives at the delivery agency, you can choose the delivery date. This ensures you’ll be home to receive your package.

We advise you to check the condition and contents of your package in the presence of the driver so that you can make reservations on the delivery slip if you notice any damage to the packaging or the product itself.

For a convenient and user-friendly delivery, you also have the option of collecting your fully assembled and ready-to-use tricycle on site at our premises located in MIRAMAS (13) – From Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (by appointment only), we can be reached at 04 90 59 49 10.
