>> How long is the warranty on your tricycles?

Our warranty conditions are among the best on the market:

Lifetime frame warranty (for private individuals only. Frames are guaranteed for 2 years for professionals)
Electric motor warranty: 2 years
Battery warranty: 2 years
Other mechanical or electrical components are guaranteed for 2 years

Wear parts not covered by warranty: brake pads and discs, chains, tires, inner tubes, handlebar grips, cables and housing

But beyond the warranty periods, we attach great importance to the conditions under which the warranty takes place. Thus, our tricycles have been designed with the greatest care; they benefit from exemplary reliability, and in case of a problem, each element is removable and replaceable by the user himself. Thus, in the vast majority of cases, the defective part is quickly and easily replaced. In more technical (and much rarer) cases, we use repairers located as close as possible to our customers, sometimes even home repairers. The goal is to repair the tricycle as quickly and easily as possible!

>> What is the lifespan of the batteries in electric tricycles?

The lithium batteries equipping our electric tricycles have a proven lifespan of approximately 4 to 7 years. This represents between 600 and 800 recharge cycles for your battery. Yes, all our adult tricycles are delivered fully assembled, adjusted and ready to use. This intervention is carried out in our workshops by specialized technicians, which represents a guarantee of quality and trust for our customers.

>> Is it possible to have a custom-made tricycle built?

If you choose accessories and options to complement your tricycle, they will be installed on your tricycle before being shipped to your home. But our technicians are also able to carry out custom assemblies with special installations so that your tricycle is perfectly adapted to your needs. Contact us to tell us your wishes, we will do our best to make them happen! Depending on the situation, a technician will call you to validate the configuration with you.

>> How much does delivery cost?

Good news, home delivery of your ready-to-use tricycle in France costs only €1! (valable pour la France métropolitaine, la Corse, Monaco).

€1 is not much, but for us the assembly, packaging and shipping service represents a very significant cost!

For shipments to countries other than France, an additional shipping charge will apply.
Here are the conditions for home delivery outside of France:

– Belgium, Luxembourg: Flat rate of €100 for assembly and home delivery

– Netherlands: Flat rate of €300 for assembly and home delivery

– Germany, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Andorra, Italy: Flat rate of €200 for assembly and home delivery

– Switzerland: Flat rate of €100 for assembly and home delivery, all taxes and fees included (VAT, customs duties, transit fees)

– United Kingdom: Invoicing excluding VAT, flat fee of €100 for assembly and delivery to your home. You will be liable for VAT upon delivery.

>> How long will it take to receive my order?

If the tricycle you have chosen and the desired accessories are available, it takes 5 working days to receive your order at home. Once your payment is validated, we will assemble your tricycle within 48 hours. After the carrier takes charge of the package, your items can arrive at your home within 72 hours. This timeframe varies depending on the delivery date you choose with the carrier.

If you experience a problem with your tricycle during the warranty period and under normal use, we will diagnose the problem together and then send you the defective part(s) so that you can replace them.

If you are unable to repair your tricycle yourself, and depending on the circumstances, we will redirect you to a qualified repairer as close as possible to your home to take care of the restoration of your tricycle. Depending on the sector, this may involve home repairers.
