Your tricycle is assembled with the accessories and options you ordered, adhering to precise specifications, and several functional checks are performed throughout the process.
We pride ourselves on carrying out this preparation in our own facilities to guarantee a high level of quality control. Finally, each tricycle is checked, adjusted (brakes, derailleur, etc.) and tested under real-world conditions (gear shifting, braking, steering, etc.) before being packaged and shipped.

Since 2013, we have worked with the carrier GEODIS, a specialist in the delivery of large packages, which has implemented an efficient delivery solution for individuals. You are kept informed by email and text message about the delivery of your tricycle in two stages. Stage 1: You are notified when your package is picked up from our warehouse. Stage 2: You are notified again when the package containing your adult three-wheeled bicycle arrives at the agency that will handle the delivery to your home. You can then choose your preferred delivery date from an online calendar.
Throughout the entire transport, we are responsible for the integrity of your tricycle, which is why we have developed specific packaging for transporting our tricycles consisting of a wooden pallet that we manufacture ourselves on which the tricycle is fixed and a very strong cardboard box that surrounds and protects it.
We have a complete mastery of the delivery process, and our solution allows us to deliver your tricycle in approximately 5 days if it is in stock. Your tricycle will be delivered to your home fully assembled with your chosen options! Before shipping, it will have been tested to ensure it is in good working order.
