We have been marketing our products for several years now and we have gone through different sales models (ambassador clients, traveling sales, reseller stores). We have observed major problems with each of these methods: difficult management, advice not always relevant, difficulties in getting around for interested people, since we cannot offer a trial solution near each person, limited trial time and very small trial area (generally a few dozen meters in a parking lot). What are the conditions to be met to benefit from the “Satisfied or Refunded” guarantee?
– The address for collecting the tricycle must be in France
– You have 14 calendar days from the delivery of your tricycle to notify us of your wish to withdraw in writing (email or letter)
– The tricycle must not have more than 10 kilometers on the odometer and must be in new condition (clean, no scratches or dents, no signs of wear)
– The test(s) will have been carried out on a clean, dry surface (no rain, no dirt or gravel paths) to ensure the tricycle remains in like-new condition.
– All parts, documents, options, and accessories must be present at the time of collection.
– This service is limited to one use only.
– This service is free for a simple cancellation of your order.
– To prevent abuse, a €300 fee applies if you wish to exchange the tricycle you received for a different model, size, color, etc.
How does the return process work?
– Upon receiving your decision, we will contact you to verify that the conditions listed above have been met.
– You will need to provide us with photos of various parts of the tricycle to document its condition before return.
– We will then arrange for a carrier to collect the tricycle directly from your home.
>> It may take several days or even weeks before the carrier is available and can come to your home.
>> During this period, the tricycle is entirely your responsibility; you must keep it safe and protected from the elements.
>> We will inform you of the collection date and will do our best to let you know the carrier’s arrival time.
– Upon receipt of the tricycle at our factory, we will inspect it and verify that all accessories are present (battery, keys, any optional extras).
– If everything is in order and the tricycle is in new condition, we will immediately issue a full refund for your order.
